You acknowledge that you use Plank at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur from using the app or performing plank exercises.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Plank offers premium features through subscription plans:
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Plank, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Plank and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plank and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
